About DocuSeek docuseek.co.uk is an online business support service providing model specimen business documents and business form templates for start-up and growing business enterprise.
The service has been in operation since August 2005 providing model specimen documents for a wide range of organisations and individuals. The concept is based on the findings from a 2 year research project undertaken by Leslie McDonald with small and micro businesses in the East Mindlands funded by the Learning + Skills and supported by the Business Link.
The research focused on identifying skills and business development needs of small and micro business owners. The model specimen business documents and business form templates were identified as areas which most small and micro business needed help with creating.
All the document were tested with over 20 private businesses and social enterprises in the East Midlands, UK over an 18 months period prior to the launch the docuseek website.
The service is intended to offer cost effective and time saving self help tools for busy Entrepreneurs Mangers and Administrators to run their business.
