Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions apply only to services provided by docuseek.co.uk website and shall be governed in accordance by English Laws. We do not accept any amendments to these terms and conditions.
Use of documents
You are granted permission by Docuseek to use the documents purchase form the docuseek.co.uk website for the required purpose within any business you own or have a personal stake. You agree not make changes to them except for your own personal use or transfer the rights to use or resell the document or business form templates to any third parties.
We recommend that after downloading that any changes to the documents and business form templates are saved as a new file.
Return Policy
The nature of the documents being sold means that Docuseek cannot accept returns of the products once they have been down loaded.
Refund Policy
We will refund the full purchase price or prompt replacement of any products found to be faulty within seven days of purchase. The refund will be credited to your credit card account using the same details used to purchase the product.
Payment
We collect the payment from your credit or debit card for the product as your order or individual product is purchased. We recommend that you print a copy of your payment receipt for reference.
Delivery
All items purchased will be delivered electronically within minutes of the payment being approved by you card issuer.
Cancellation
You may change your order at anytime before the product is downloaded. However, once the products have been downloaded we cannot accept any cancellation.
Price
All prices on the site are in (Sterling) UK pounds inclusive of VAT. The prices and products may change from time to time.
